My passion for being a self-published author extends beyond the written word. I believe in the power of Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) to create positive change. That's why I embarked on a journey to connect with readers through libraries, starting with my alma mater, Osmania University.

My books, "Self MOTIVATION 111" and "Career Boost: 9 Certification Advantages," are now available at the university central library, ready to empower students, teaching staff, and researchers. Now, I invite library users to explore these resources and share their experiences! But the impact goes beyond libraries. Consider owning a physical copy to create a legacy of knowledge for yourself and future generations.

Inspired? Donate a copy to your local library or alma mater, or even implement similar initiatives within your organization. Let's empower individuals, one book and one reader at a time.

As a self-published author, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences with the world. My books, "Self MOTIVATION 111" and "Career Boost: 9 Certification Advantages," delve into the crucial aspects of personal drive and professional development. I pour my heart and soul into crafting stories and sharing valuable information, but the journey doesn't end with hitting the publish button. There's a constant drive to connect with readers to ensure my work reaches those who can benefit from it most. This pursuit of connection recently led me down a path that resonated deeply with my core values: the path of Individual Social Responsibility (ISR).

Wearing many hats:

While making them available on Amazon and other online platforms ensures global reach, I recently embarked on a new journey, one driven by a deep sense of individual social responsibility (ISR). This drive for social responsibility, or ISR, as I call it, has been a constant throughout my life.

The Power of Individual Social Responsibility:

For years, I've championed ISR initiatives, both independently and through service organizations like Rotary International and Jaycees International. This commitment extends to my professional life as well, where I actively participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects. I've always sought ways to contribute and give back. As an author, I saw an opportunity to leverage ISR and create awareness about the topics close to my heart: motivation and career development.

The Osmania University Library is a place of significance.

I realized that the solution lay in libraries. These institutions, dedicated to fostering knowledge and learning, seemed like the perfect platform to connect with potential readers and contribute to their academic and professional growth. It was with this vision in mind that I embarked on a journey that brought me back to my alma mater, Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.

Introducing my work:

Having completed my Master of Commerce (distance education mode) back in 1993 at Osmania University, I felt a special connection to the university's vast library resources. On June 14th, 2024, I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Chakravarthy A.S., the University Librarian, at the Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Memorial Library (formerly known as the Osmania University Library), a prestigious institution accredited with an "A" grade by NAAC. Learning that the library houses over six lakh books and serves as the central hub for the university's library network was truly inspiring. This vast collection caters to a diverse audience—students, faculty, and research scholars—all actively seeking knowledge. The library's focus on resources like competitive exams and career improvement resonated deeply, as my books perfectly align with these interests. Knowing that my work could empower these individuals on their academic and professional paths filled me with immense satisfaction.

The Ripple Effect: A Librarian's Vision:

I eagerly explained my ISR concept and how my published books aligned with the library's mission of providing resources for motivation and career development. To my delight, Dr. Chakravarthy readily accepted "Self MOTIVATION 111" and "Career Boost: 9 Certification Advantages" as gifts from an alumnus. He even provided a formal acknowledgement, solidifying this meaningful contribution.

Dr. Chakravarthy's response went beyond simply accepting my books. He saw the bigger picture—the potential impact these titles could have on the library's vast user base. My personal visit, explaining the themes of motivation and career development, helped bridge the gap between author and librarian. While the librarian acknowledged the standard cataloging procedures, his positive outlook instilled a sense of hope in me.

The Wait is Over: My Books Find a New Home:

While cataloging procedures can be intricate, Dr. Chakravarthy's enthusiasm streamlined the process. The wait was well worth it. The moment I saw recently "Self MOTIVATION 111" and "Career Boost: 9 Certification Advantages" listed on the Osmania University web portal [title search portal: http://14.139.82.46:8080/newgenlibctxt , a wave of satisfaction washed over me. My books had found a new home, ready to empower countless individuals.

Building Your Knowledge Legacy:

The journey doesn't end with my books finding a home at Osmania University. While digital resources offer undeniable convenience, there's a certain magic to holding a physical book. Owning a copy allows for underlining key passages, revisiting them at your leisure, and preserving knowledge for years to come. Imagine your future self, needing a quick boost of motivation or strategic career advice—these books will be your timeless companions.

The benefits extend beyond personal growth. By adding "Self MOTIVATION 111" and "Career Boost: 9 Certification Advantages" to your home or office library, you create a tangible trail of knowledge. And for those in a corporate setting, consider incorporating these books into your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. You can contribute to a culture of self-improvement and career advancement within your organization by distributing them to deserving individuals.

Let's build a community of empowered individuals, one book and one reader at a time.

On your ISP Project:

Dear Mr S V Suryanarayana,

You are an astounding man  with  outstanding talents and abilities.  Your post, studded with colourful coverpages of your splendid editions, and  prodigiously stuffed with your intellectual thoughts, is impressive and it required repeated  reading and postponement of certain domestic and official works to assimilate it's purport and essence of your new initiative. In view of the extraordinary language and expressions you used, I feared it would be futile to attempt a rejoinder topping up its contents. But it  is compellingly   inviting at the same time, because it comes from an affectionate friend and radiates a simple-minded genuine honesty and nobility of thoughts . The depth of your knowledge and intellect…
